How do we negotiate a pricing model?

Prices are negotiated with suppliers of goods and services on the collective volume of all the members.

Once an order is placed, when do I see payment?

Members have a choice of 30 days from date of statement or COD (Terms and conditions apply).

Who will follow up with the member? Do I need to manage the relationship?

Both suppliers staff and BuyCorp staff manage in unison with each other relationship’s with members.

What is the expectation when it comes to shipping/delivering orders?

BuyCorp been a national group, negotiates with suppliers that have national distribution.

Delivery costs only apply when outside of suppliers delivery foot print, should this be the case members are advised in advance

What is the general make-up of an order, and how much lead-time do you require?

Lead times are product and stock dependant.

Food items are generally delivered next day on the prevision that they are ordered timeously the day before .
Non-food products if in stock are generally delivered within 72 hours.
Specific manufactured items , product dependant 2 – 4 weeks
Special imports 6 weeks

I have a special on offer, how does BuyCorp assist to make sure we drive the right traffic?

For suppliers to BuyCorp all specials are sent out centrally from BuyCorp head office to all members.
